I have a strong passion for all things active, especially fitness and hiking (though you’ve probably already guess that from this website). When I’m not moving, you can usually find me immursed in a fantasy book or playing strategy board games.

I am a working professional that understands the demands of balancing a busy career, social life, and the daily stressors of being a dog mom to a pup with some serious selective listening issues. I promise - she doesn’t get it from me.

I enjoy sharing tools to help you communicate, get things done, and turn down the noise of overwhelm. In a room with me, you can expect to feel comfortable, understood, and challenged.
